General Terms of Use and Sale
About the Service
This is a legal service agreement (“Agreement”) between You and Mobistar FZE ("Company"), P.O. Box 4422, Fujairah, UAE. By accessing, browsing, or using the Mobilekem service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Mobilekem provides access to game applications, gaming news, tips, and new games. The service is offered as a subscription costing 10 THB per day. Services are non-transferable and have no cash or monetary value.
By subscribing to Mobilekem, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions. While subscribed, you agree to share your mobile phone number with Mobistar FZE, which manages the Mobilekem service.
Users are charged 10 THB per day until they unsubscribe. Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Mobilekem is not responsible for advertisements, offers, or representations made by third parties that lead users to this service.
We reserve the right to modify promotional subscription rates at our sole discretion. You may unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe button on the website or by sending:

For subscription-related inquiries, contact support at info@mobilekem.fun. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
You are solely responsible for all access to and use of the service. Subscription fees are billed through the mobile operator with whom you have a telephone service agreement. Please review these Terms and Conditions periodically.
Limitation of Liability, Indemnity, and Release
Mobistar FZE reserves the right to remove illegal content and suspend or terminate services for customers who violate these Terms and Conditions or related obligations.
You accept responsibility for actions performed through your account, including the disclosure of passwords or access credentials to third parties.
By using the service, you release Mobistar FZE, its subsidiaries, and affiliates from liabilities arising from your participation in the service.
Mobilekem does not store private messages sent through the service and cannot be held responsible for the content of messages sent through web or WAP pages managed by Mobistar FZE.
Internet
By using the service, you waive any claims against Mobistar FZE and its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, representatives, and licensors arising from the use of the service or information available through it.
If the service cannot operate due to viruses, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, tampering, or other causes beyond the service provider’s control, the provider may modify, suspend, terminate, or restrict access to the service.
The service provider assumes no responsibility for errors, interruptions, delays, communication failures, unauthorized access, technical malfunctions, hardware or software incompatibilities, internet congestion, or damage resulting from participation in the service.
Any attempt to damage the website or interfere with the operation of the service may constitute a violation of civil and criminal laws. The service provider reserves the right to seek legal remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mobistar FZE against any actions taken by authorized users of your account, including the disclosure of login credentials.
Mobilekem does not monitor or store private user messages and cannot be held responsible for their content. This service is available only to users located in Thailand.
Violation of the Terms
We may terminate access to the service and deactivate or delete your account without prior notice if we determine that you have violated these Terms and Conditions.
All materials available through the service, including text, photographs, graphics, illustrations, artwork, music, videos, sounds, names, logos, and trademarks, are owned by Mobistar FZE or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Content may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, publish, broadcast, sell, or otherwise use such materials without written permission from Mobistar FZE or the applicable rights holder.
Mobilekem must not be used for illegal activities. The service must not be used to create, store, distribute, or promote illegal content, infringe copyrights or intellectual property rights, send spam, or facilitate the sending of spam.
