By accessing, browsing, or using Mobilekem service you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Mobilekem offers you access to amazing game apps and provides the newest game news, tips, and new games. This is a subscription service that costs 10 THB / daily. Services are non-transferable to other users or accounts and have no cash or monetary value. By subscribing to Mobilekem you confirm that you read and understood all the terms and conditions in this agreement. While you are subscribed to this service you are agreeing to share your mobile phone number with Mobistar FZE, who manages Mobilekem service. As a user of this service, you will be charged 10 THB / daily. Subscription can be canceled at any time. Mobilekem is not responsible for any advertisement, offer, or representation by any third party which leads the user to this service. We reserve the right to amend any promotional subscription rates at its sole discretion. You can unsubscribe from the service by clicking the unsubscribe button on the website or by sending the SMS UNSUB C AD9 to the shortcode 423703109, C AD10 to the shortcode 423703110 or C AG4 to the shortcode 423703404 for AIS users. For any queries about the subscription please contact our support: info@mobilekem.fun. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
You agree to be solely responsible at all times for all access and/or use of the Services. The service is available as a daily subscription fee of 10 THB, which will be charged until you unsubscribe. The amounts of the Services provided by the Provider are billed and invoiced via the mobile operator with which the User has concluded the corresponding telephone service. Please make sure you review the terms and conditions periodically.

By using the Service, you release us, our subsidiaries, and affiliates from any liabilities regarding your participation in the Service. If there is a reason this service is not able to run due to an infection by a computer virus, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, tampering, or any other causes beyond the control The service providers which corrupt or affect the administration, fairness, security or proper conduct of This Service, reserve the right at its sole discretion, to block any individual who tampers with the entry process, he can terminate, modify or suspend the Service listed. Service providers assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Service Provider is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by the Service Provider due to technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participating in this Service or downloading any materials in this Service. Sponsors are not responsible for the incompatibility of the entrant's hardware, software, or browser technology with the sponsor's hardware, software, or browser technology. Note: Any attempt to deliberately damage any Website or undermine the legitimate operation of the service is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, sponsors reserves the right to seek damages or other remedies from any such person/s responsible for the attempt to the fullest extent permitted by law. You accept all responsibility for, and hereby indemnify and hold us harmless from and against, any actions taken by any user authorized to use your account, including, but not limited to, the disclosure of login credentials to third parties. Mobilekem does not monitor or store the content of private messages that users send from the service and cannot in any way be held responsible for the content of user messages sent over the mobilekem.fun web or wap page. This service is available only to users from Thailand.

You understand and agree that in our sole discretion, and without prior notice, we may terminate your access to the service and/or deactivate or delete your membership account if we determine that you have violated our Terms and Conditions. The materials used and displayed on the Service, including, but not limited to, text, photographs, graphics, illustrations and artwork, music, video and sound, and names, logos, and trademarks, are the property of Mobistar FZE or its affiliates or licensors are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Any such content may be displayed solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to modify, reproduce, retransmit, distribute, disseminate, sell, publish, broadcast or circulate any such material without the written permission of Mobistar FZE or the appropriate affiliate. Mobilekem must not be used to intentionally engage in illegal conduct. We will not knowingly create, store, or disseminate any illegal content, infringe the copyright, or infringe any intellectual property rights. Service must not be used to send spam or promote the sending of spam.
